Job introduction: 

Under the authority of the engineering director, the Engineering Technical leader will be in charge of following tasks identified with regard to the phase of the project:
- Coordinate and provide technical and delivery leadership for the project
- Be accountable for engineering interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines, business project management, subcontractors, and customers
- Provide oversight for subcontractor engineering work on assigned projects
- Define critical technical project issues and ensure their timely resolution
- Identify technical risks and implement risk mitigation plans
- Ensure engineering activities are performed in compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements
- Support commercial and marketing opportunities for Engineering including generating technical portions of proposals
- Keep project and engineering management advised of project progress, performance, and resource utilization with particular attention to delays, adverse trends, errors, and omissions
- Review engineering performance on the project to ensure quality, conformance with design process, procedures, and completeness of engineering tasks
- Promptly review Design Change notices, identify change order candidates, segregate cost collection, and assist the Project Manager in pertinent aspects of change order management

Major duties and responsibilities:

The Engineering Technical leader will coordinate or/and execute as required the engineering and design of assigned projects along with technical aspects of the contract. They will coordinate timely decision making on project technical issues relying on internal technical authorities as necessary.
Also, they will establish & manage the technical interface between all parties involved in the project including engineers, customers, and engineering subcontractors.
Support commercial and marketing opportunities for Engineering including generating technical portions of proposals
Experiences in radiation safety, safety analyses, nuclear fuel, security, safeguards and licensing are an advantage.
In your work you will solve problems both independently and with expert teams. Your exact tasks will be determined based on your competences and interests. High expertise, continuous learning and development as well as openness are the key elements expected from the expert.
You will be part of an international team with high technical experiences.

Experiences and skills:

-	Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
-	Knowledge of the international nuclear safety regulations and guidelines
-	Knowledge of PWR/BWR technology and experience with nuclear licensing process is an advantage
-	Minimum 5 years of experience from large scale industrial project preferably in the power generation industry or project delivery business
-	Knowledge of business practices required for international projects, including working with worldwide class industry stakeholders such as EPC contractor or sub-contractor and national authorities/regulators

Job introduction: 

Under the authority of the deputy project director, the Licensing Project Manager will be in charge of following tasks identified with regard to the phase of the project:
- Management of deliverables within the assigned scope
- Schedule development: project progress review and reporting including analysis and action planning (for threats and opportunities) related to the schedule and project deliverables
- Identification and management of the project risks as well as coordination of mitigation and improvement actions
- Control of regulatory requirements fulfilment in relation to assigned scope
- Control and follow-up of technical open issues together with evaluation of their impact to the project and project schedule
- Developing project management activities within the scope
- Communicate internally with all stakeholders (engineering, cost, …) and externally with involved parties

Job introduction
 
Under the authority of the I&C Commissioning leader, the I&C Commissioning Engineer will be in charge of following tasks identified with regard to the phase of the project: 
- Analysis: highlight of I&C logic covered by process commissioning instructions, and if needed, test bay results. Check of I&C function coverage, based on System Descriptions. Proposal of process commissioning instructions improvement, in order to ensure the expected I&C function test coverage. 
- Test procedure elaboration: elaboration of Commissioning Instructions aiming at covering previously identified gaps. Definition the simulations needed for their implementation on site scheduling of test execution. 
- Execution: execution of the tests with support of related I&C commissioning team. Issuance of the test reports including the assessment of the I&C test outcomes. 
- Control and monitoring: provide inputs to progress measurement and reporting. Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations. 

Major duties and responsibilities 

You will be responsible for the preparation, execution, troubleshooting and record of commissioning test related to Teleperm XP. 
The position includes coordination with process system engineers, final plant owner, field engineering team, plant status management team, and operation team. Strong effort will be allocated to the reserves closure and design changes implementation in order to complete all commissioning activities and delivery of the power plant to final owner. 

You will be part of an international team with high technical experience, potentially working in shift and during weekends depending priorities. 
TELEPERM XP product lines used on-site are: 
 - ES 680 Engineering and Commissioning Tools 
- Web4TXP Process Engineering and Commissioning Tools 
- Tec4function tool 
- OM 690 Operating and Monitoring System 
- AS 620B (FUM) Automation System including communication modules 
- DS 670 Diagnosis system, Bus systems including Industrial Ethernet and Profibus DP fieldbus 

Experiences and skills 

Mandatory: 
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in I&C or electrical engineering 
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process automation and in I&C environment 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear industry in one of these fields: design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance or decommissioning 
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) 

Considered as an advantage: 
- Expertise with design requirements for I&C Systems in nuclear context (automation related international codes and standards, IEC 61513, IEC 62138 ...) 
- Knowledge of NPP PWR technology and systems process 

Skills required: 
- Good relational and communication, ability to work in international team, analysis and synthesis

Job introduction 

Under the authority of the I&C Unit Manager, the I&C Project Engineer will be in charge of following tasks identified with regard to the phase of the project: 
- Elaboration / Verification of technical specifications, design documents and test specifications for Safety and operational Stand-alone I&C Systems in accordance with internal I&C design process, applicable norms and regulatory requirements 
- Requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle internally (design departments) and externally (suppliers, site) 
- Interfacing with suppliers, customers and authorities with regard to technical requirements 
- Supervision of manufacturing, FATs and commissioning activities 
- Responsibility for designed products and their compliance with project and customer requirements 
- Reporting to project direction and adherence to project and department KPIs 
- Elaboration of technical offers 

Major duties and responsibilities 

As I&C Project Engineer, you will participate in monitoring, reviewing and progress reporting of engineering activities related to I&C during its lifecycle. 
Follow up of I&C engineering based on I&C lifecycle methods and techniques, interface with licensing team, preparation of I&C operation and maintenance work are important part of your work. Additionally, you will be one important stakeholder in regards to procurement, meetings, correspondence and I&C documentation. Strong effort will be allocated to the requirements application and time schedule follow up in order to complete all activities and delivery of scope to the internal project owner. 
You will be part of an international team with high technical experience, potentially working during weekends depending priorities. 
The position includes regular business trips in EU (20% of the time in suppliers premises or other workshops and 80% at the headquarter). 

Experiences and skills 

Mandatory: 
- Master in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or equivalent 
- Minimum 3 years of Experience as ‘Project Manager Level D’, including minimum 2 years of experience with I&C Design Process and elaboration of related documents (System Quality Plan, V&V Plan, Configuration Management Plan ...) 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear industry 
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) 

Considered as an advantage:

Introduction 

Vous interviendrez sur un site nucléaire lors des phases de mise en service d'une nouvelle unité (principalement l’îlot nucléaire ainsi que les systèmes connectés) en tant qu’ingénieur(e) Planification et PMO. 

La mission comprend les activités de planification, suivi et ordonnancement de celles-ci. Il en résulte une importante contrainte de co-activité entre la réalisation de activités externes et les activités quotidiennes d’exploitation, des phases d’essais et de maintenance des équipements. 
La gestion des interfaces qu’elles soient techniques ou organisationnelles, requiert un management et une coordination d’ensemble. 
Vous interviendrez dès la phase de collecte des informations auprès des différents services en interface avec l'installation et les synthétiser ainsi que de détecter les écarts et de proposer des améliorations des processus mis en oeuvre. 

Vos missions:

 • Mise à jour des plannings en détail, avec la définition de réorientation de planning en accord avec la stratégie d'exécution du projet. 
• Mesure de l’avancement et évaluation des points sensibles en direct connexions avec les essais périodiques sur le réacteur nucléaire, les pompes, les compresseurs, les groupes électrogènes, etc. 
• Analyser les retards et proposer des actions correctives. 
• Participation aux réunions projet et rédaction des compte-rendu et des suivis. 
• Coordination des différents acteurs du projet en interface avec votre scope. Analyser les interfaces avec les autres intervenants du projet et les intégrer dans l'élaboration du planning de réalisation. 
• Participer à l'élaboration des rapports internes ainsi que les rapports externes. 
• Vous faites partie d'un service en liaison direct avec la direction de projet. 

Profil souhaité 

Vous avez la capacité à collecter les informations auprès des différents acteurs de l'installation et de les synthétiser ainsi que de détecter les écarts et de proposer des améliorations des processus mis en oeuvre. 
Une bonne connaissance des outils Word, Excel, PDF creator, MS project est obligatoire. 
Une connaissance en programmation (SQL, C++, ...) est nécessaire. 
Une qualification ou une expérience avec les logiciels de planification Primavera P6 ou OPX2 est considérée comme un plus. 
Diplômé d'un Bac+5 de type école d’ingénieur généraliste, Master 2 Universitaire ou vous êtes technicien avec une expérience supérieure à 10 ans en installation industrielle complexe (SEVESO II, INB, sous-marin à propulsion nucléaire, installation liée à la défense) en lien avec le descriptif de la position. 
Capacité d’adaptation ainsi qu’un bon sens critique, esprit de synthèse et d’analyse sont requises.

Introduction

 La mission comprend les activités de préparation, exécution, suivi et validation des essais de l’installation. Il en résulte une importante contrainte de co-activité entre la réalisation de activités externes et les activités quotidiennes d’exploitation, des phases d’essais et de maintenance des équipements. 
La gestion des interfaces qu’elles soient techniques ou organisationnelles, requiert un management et une coordination d’ensemble. 

Vous serez attaché au lot Essais, vous serez le garant des exigences en terme de qualité, sûreté et disponibilité. Vous appréhendez les aspects techniques, contractuels et documentaires des dossiers. 

Vos missions: 

• Assurer la réalisation du programme général des essais de démarrage (Commission Essais Site / Points d’Arrêt / interface avec l’équipe d’exploitation). 
• Réaliser le suivi technique des essais d’ensemble (Plan Qualité Relevé Exécution Essais), incluant lorsque nécessaire des contrôles techniques (analyses de 1er niveau). 
• Essayer les différents systèmes faisant partie de votre scope (exemple : distribution électrique avec ses groupes diesels pour les transitoires de pertes de sources électriques et réaliser les essais de perte de courant). 
• Gestion et application des différents éléments liés aux essais, doctrine qualité REE, gestion des DMP, réglementation ESP(N), maintien de la qualification, conservation. 
• Définir les séquences d’essai en lien avec la stratégie de démarrage de l’unité et de ses sous-ensembles. 
• Evaluation des points sensibles en connexion directe avec les essais périodiques sur l’îlot nucléaire, les pompes, les compresseurs, les groupes électrogènes, etc. 
• Analyser les résultats avec les équipes techniques et proposer des actions correctives. 
• Coordination des différents acteurs en interface avec votre scope. Analyser les interfaces et les intégrer dans la réalisation des essais. 

Profil souhaité 

Diplômé d'un Bac+5 de type école d’ingénieur généraliste, Master 2 Universitaire ou vous êtes technicien avec une expérience supérieure à 8 ans en installation industrielle complexe (SEVESO II, INB, sous-marin à propulsion nucléaire, installation liée à la défense) en lien avec le descriptif de la position. 

Une bonne appréhension dans le domaine de la qualité et de la sécurité est souhaitée. Une bonne connaissance des outils Word, Excel, PDF creator, MS project. 

Capacité d’adaptation ainsi qu’un bon sens critique, esprit de synthèse et d’analyse sont requises. Vous avez la capacité de prendre du recul pour gérer chaque situation.
